This is a department that mainly majors in assisting clients affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemics. It is sudivided into the following subsections;

• HTS: Involves the testing of clients
• PMTCT: Prevention of mother to child transmission
• PEP and PREP services
• TB/Chest Clinic: Diagnosis and treatment of TB Cases
• Care and Treatment: Monitoring of clients who turned HIV positive
•  Pharmacy: Dispensing of drigs
• Nutrition: Offering nutritional services to clients in the clinic
• Cervical cancer screening services
• Palliative care
• Records: Data entry, storage and reporting
