The HR office was established in the hospital back in 2014. It is entitled with creating structures,systems,procedure and policies necessary for efficient and effective functioning of the hospital in regard to human capital. It is also an essential tool used in recruiting employees with the right skills and expertise for the various departments in the hospital. Besides these the office is also charged with the responsibility of offering requisite leadership and direction to other staff members through heads of departments and supervisors. 

The office also ensures that the staffs are well equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise so as to serve our clients better.

 

The Human resource office does this by organizing continuous medical educations (CMEs), sponsoring our staffs for training in various medical fields such as dialysis, radiology and nursing and non medical field such as customer care. 

We also have continuous staff meetings which are held weekly to ensure our staffs are well updated with current information. At the end of the year we have recognition events where we give awards to various staffs and departments as a way of motivating them to continue serving our clients diligently.
